We offer FedEx Express 2-Day cold shipping with refrigerated, temperature-controlled pickup. Standard fulfillment days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping service
Our cold-shipment service uses FedEx Express 2-Day shipping. Review the charge shown at checkout. Carrier transit time starts after dispatch, not when an order is placed.
Packaging & handling
Our fulfillment service provides refrigerated, temperature-controlled pickup and uses FedEx packaging. Contact us before ordering if your research requires a specific temperature range, monitoring or special packaging.
Delivery destinations
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping options. Contact us if no option is available for your address.
Tracking
A shipping-label notification is not confirmation that the carrier has received the parcel. Use the carrier’s tracking updates to follow its progress.
Delivery timing
Processing and transit are separate. We do not promise same-day dispatch or a specific arrival date unless we confirm it for your order.
Shipping protection
Shipping protection must be purchased with your order to qualify for the optional transit-protection program, subject to its coverage terms and claim approval, up to $300. Without purchased protection, we do not offer discretionary replacements or refunds for carrier loss, theft or transit damage. This does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law, or our responsibility for incorrect or nonconforming goods. Read our returns and refunds policy. Standard fulfillment days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery timing depends on processing, dispatch, destination and carrier service. A two-day carrier service is not a promise of arrival two days after ordering; weekend and holiday schedules can affect timing.
